Threshold bottom operation.

Syntax

public TOpenCLValue ThreshBottom([In] TOpenCLValue Src, double Value);
Remarks

Perform threshold operation on Src object value. The Value parameter is a lower bound for threshold operation. A value smaller than Value will be replaced with Value and stored in to the calling object.
